My bao (12 pieces) arrived cold, likely because it took nearly an hour for the driver to deliver it. The kung pao chicken bowl was also cold, and the rice was undercooked with hard grains. To top it off, the portion size of the chicken dish was smaller than a child's meal. I spent $62, including the tip, and I regret not saving every penny. I would have been better off making a bowl of cereal. This restaurant doesn't even deserve a single star.
I waited an hour at this restaurant, only for them to cancel my DoorDash order. I decided to give it another chance a month later, but they did the same thing again. It's so frustrating!
I can confidently say this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. My entire order was messed up, and the bowl I was served was only filled to a quarter of its capacity. The portion was so small that it wouldn't even satisfy a ten-year-old, let alone three adults who each paid $17.99 for such a meager amount of food. This is simply unacceptable.
The restaurant closed its doors during the pandemic but has recently reopened for delivery via DoorDash. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, along with two side dishes and some potstickers. The food was packed with flavor, although I found the portions to be a bit small. Just so you know, it’s located next to Libby's BBQ in the Ruby Tuesday building.
Each time I attempt to order through DoorDash, my order ends up getting canceled.
