I just visited KFC at Watkins Park while I was waiting at the drive-thru I witness a individual go behind the trash dumpers for KFC. I initially thought that it was a homeless person because I thought they were rummaging through the trash but I couldn't see my view was blocked by the surrounding fence. However once I got up to the drive-thru I observed the same individual behind the lines preparing orders, I explained to the manager what I just witnessed and refused to accept my order. I don't know what or if anything was said to the individual but what I should have done is informed the entire line of waiting customers what I had witnessed.
