Bidrage med feedbackI visit this place about twice a week on my way to work. However, I have rarely been greeted by the guy at the drive-thru window. He tends to hang out of the window with a rather impersonal and hectic demeanor. Even my 11-year-old was taken aback one morning when he didn’t even say hello or good morning. There’s a reason people love Chick-fil-A, and it’s not just because the food is great (their coffee is terrible). They prioritize customer service. If I weren’t in a rush and if McDonald’s didn’t have a faster service, I wouldn’t choose this place at all. The service from this one person is incredibly disappointing. That said, I have noticed that some of the newer ladies working the drive-thru are much more pleasant and personable than he is. Perhaps they should be the ones at the window permanently, and he could be assigned to a position that doesn’t involve customer interaction. Just a thought.
Not the best DD. I ordered coffee, Chai, hash brown. Hash browns were burned. I will not recommend this place.
This is the 4th time in a week that I have frequented this D&D. I usually do not go here because of poor service in past. It has not changed and actually has gotten worse. the only reason I give two stars is they did get coffee order correct. The staff is not friendly and not engaging in the customer experience. Long waits... Absolutely minimal response to questions or comment. This store needs a customer service rep to do some serious training. I will drive to 7-11 across street from now on.
I unfortunately work nearby and have to deal with the staff at this place regularly. They are rude and seem to lack basic drink-making skills. The environment is unclean and raises some concerns. I do not recommend this place. It's not worth the money, especially since they don't put much effort into preparing their drinks anyway.
It's decent but nothing exceptional. Just average overall.
