Domino's Pizza - UPPER MARLBORO

This is one of the best Domino's pizza locations ever. You always do my order every time.

I wouldn't recommend that. The manager Alex is rude and unprofessional. I had a dead flight in my pizza, I was very disgusting with the customer service. Looks like they didn't blow the floors in weeks. I am absolutely disappointed by my experience.

I placed my order at 5:15, and after an hour without delivery, I called to check the status. I was told the driver was on his way. I called again 30 minutes later and received the same update. When I mentioned that I had already heard this during my first call, the person on the line explained they were short on drivers. Finally, after two hours, our pizza arrived, but it was cold! To make matters worse, the driver claimed he had just left the store. Additionally, we received the wrong wings. When we called the restaurant to express our disappointment, the manager offered to let us return the cold food. This meant our kids had to wait another 30-40 minutes to eat while we drove back to the store to get a fresh order for food we had paid for over 2.5 hours ago! This is exactly why I prefer carryout.

The Domino's tracker indicated that my food was ready several minutes ago, but when they checked, I found that I was one pizza short. They informed me that it was still in the oven while I watched them prepare my second pizza. The service was terrible. Usually, it's quite good, but not today.

The food is tasty, but they often overcook the brownies and don't provide enough of the items you request.
