Smokey Bones Fire Grill

Theyve been so much better in the past. This order was simply not good at all. "Mac&Cheese for 3-4 people" wasnt enough for one person. Wings were over done and had a weird aftertaste? Hoping for better luck next time!

The Texas brisket was tough and stringy. it was also too salty. un edible

The burgers are generously sized and cooked to perfection, and the sides, including potato wedges and loaded coleslaw, are expertly prepared.

The brisket was tasty, but the portion was quite small for the price. I had to pay extra for the mac and cheese, and only received a teaspoon's worth. The 1/3 Rack of St. Louis Ribs, which is one of my favorites, was good. I also ordered the garlic parmesan wings, and they were tasty as well. Overall, I think they need to offer larger portions—these aren't kid-sized plates!

The experience was decent overall. The burger roll seemed a bit stale and overcooked. However, the loaded fries were fantastic! The BLT and rib platter were also quite good.
