Mcdonald's - Upper Darby Twp

Ordered a couple of burgers, nuggets, fries paid EXTRA for 2 sauces. Did we get the sauce... NO. And on top of that, there's 2 dudes there actively ignoring the window.. presumably so they don't have to fix any mistakes. We waited almost 25mins, there was a line of cars behind us, get our order, check it (missing sauce) sat there at the window for an additional 10mins waiting for one of them to come over. No one ever did, they clearly knew we needed something, they saw us there just didn't care. I tried to signal one of them he looked at us, turned around started talking to his co worker continued fiddling with the soda machine. There was a line of cars behind us so at a minimum you'd think they'd want to get us out of their window, after an additional 10mins? Or I dont know, see why the line wasn't moving? No, no, and no.

Staff spends too much time on their phones and personal conversations instead of ensuring orders are correct and food is hot. You order extra ice and don't get it. Napkins are rarely in the bag and the employees act as if it's an imposition to help a customer.

Overall good location, never had any issues here, I mostly ever use drive thru when in area. However you should note this location gets super busy during school let out hours.

I loved the fish deal for $2.99 and a second choice for $1. You cant beat that!

Quick ordering and decent food. Fries could have been fresher.
