Royal Farms - Upper Chichester

It seems that Royal Farms and I have different expectations when it comes to the "World Famous" chicken sandwich. The sandwich I tried was quite disappointing. It was overloaded with lettuce and hot sauce, paired with a cold slice of cheese and a chicken breast that was soggy on the outside and dry on the inside. I've had much better chicken sandwiches at various fast food places. The fruit options were limited, and what I did receive felt half-hearted. On a positive note, there is a good variety of drinks available, and the coffee is brewed fresh to order.

I wouldn't even give this place a star if I could. Every time I've been there, they haven't been able to accommodate me. Tonight, I ordered a three-piece drumstick dinner, only to find out they only had two pieces available and that I would have to wait at least 20 minutes if I wanted more. While I was placing my order, all I could hear was an overly personal conversation between the two staff members behind the counter. Perhaps if they focused a little less on their personal lives and more on their jobs, the food would be more readily available. This will be the last time I set foot in this place.

I often find myself searching for a place to eat on days when I forget to bring a good lunch to work. Unfortunately, my experience at this Royal Farms was far from pleasant. From the unprofessional staff to the poor quality of food, it was disappointing. I also noticed a swarm of fruit flies hovering around the rotten smoothie and coffee machines, which is quite alarming. In contrast, I've been to the Ridley Royal Farms, where I consistently receive fresh food and excellent service in a clean environment. They could certainly learn a thing or two from them.

Only went to this Royal Farm in Chichester Pa to get some Kripsy Kreme donuts and all donuts had cracks, mosquitoes and other insects on them. Someone has to invest in better cabinets to seal the donuts of insects!!!! Oh... BTW... Wawa packs her donuts in airtight plastic bags.

The young lady at the food counter was completely amazing! She communicated a possible time delay and then was able time still get my order together for me. She did with a smile and made feel like she wanted to assist me. This is something that a lot of places lack. I didn't get her name but she deserves a gold star!!!!
