Bogart's Grill - Upper Chichester

My husband and I would go on Tuesday like 3 times a month? Tonight there was a beer and a young waitress didn't come back to take our order, and after 20 minutes we had to ask for our check to pay for the 1 beer a piece that my husband and I ordered. We went and the waitress never asks why!!! It's bad if the DJ sees that you're coming and don't eat and go and no questions from the waitress. There was only one other table or not that they were busy. The waitress went from our table at least 10 times between serving one table and going in the room from the DJ. I would always get the chicken cascades and the last time the waitress asks me why I didn't want a box to go, said there was nothing to them. !

The waitstaff seemed ill-prepared for the number of patrons, which was surprising since we had all purchased tickets for the show. Although the tickets stated that doors opened at 2:00 PM, we were still waiting for tables at 2:30 PM! Additionally, an older waitress asked us to vacate our booth for a party of four, even though there were other booths available that only seated three. We complied without complaint, although we weren’t particularly happy about it. Unfortunately, the entire waitstaff seemed unprofessional, which only made matters worse. To be frank, our service was dreadful. The waitress never returned to our table after her initial encounter. When we sought help from another waitress, she refused, claiming that she wasn’t assigned to our table. As a result, we had to go to the bar for our drinks. Fortunately, Kelly, the bartender, was wonderful. Over the course of two hours, we watched as our waitress intentionally avoided us while attending to other tables. She had a visibly angry demeanor throughout our visit. I found her behavior unacceptable and shameful. While this isn’t our first negative experience at this restaurant, it will certainly be our last. She clearly lacks the temperament to work in a customer service environment, and because of her, three families will not be returning to this establishment.

Kelly, the bar is the BEST. She's very good at her job and enjoy talking. The bar is original and friendly. The food is also very good. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially those days where Kelly works. She will make your day!!!! I promise.

I visited for the first time and found the staff to be very friendly, and the bartenders were great. I ordered a special pizza to go for $9.99 for two, and it was delicious. I missed seeing Kelly, the new bartender. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Bogart's Bar and Grill had a lovely atmosphere. It is situated inside the Chester Casino, and our booth offered a fantastic view of the entire racetrack. The staff served us with a smile, and the food was piping hot with a minimal wait. The presentation was impressive, especially with the fries served in a miniature fryer basket. Overall, we had a delightful experience.
