Tim Hortons - Upper Arlington

The customer service was poor at this restaurant. I ordered a Chai latte and a peppermint mocha, but both drinks were very disappointing.

Whenever I order an icy from this place, it always tastes like plain black coffee and is truly unpleasant.

I drove a long way to get to the restaurant, but when I arrived at 5pm, they were already closed. They were supposed to be open until 11pm.

Fast service, but $8.30 for a breakfast sandwich and coffee? Seems a little high to me.

Have been here multiple times and have gotten nothing but exceptional service. Have mainly interacted with logan, alex and Tammy. This is hands down the best Tim Hortons I have ever been to.
