Preps - Upland

I went to their new Colton location. Their current hours are Mon 4pm 8pm, Tues 4pm 8pm, Thurs. 12pm 8pm. I live in Redlands so I was thrilled I hear they were opening closer to me. I've been wanting to try their birria ramen since I stumbled upon their IG page. So of course I ordered the birria ramen and birria torta all for me but of course I couldn't finish so my husband is going to have a nice treat when he gets home haha! Definitely recommend this vegan Mexican food spot!

Delicious tacos and 100% vegan. I had the jackfruit, chorizo, and asada. All were flavorful and yummy! I would come back again when I am back in the Upland area. One thing… the music was too loud.

They have such amazing Mexican food, we had birria tacos and the menudo and wow. We will definitely be back.

This place was SO yummy! Happened upon it in Happy Cow and was not the least bit disappointed! I ordered the chimichanga and my boyfriend ordered the torta and they were both awesome. The chimi had a kick! Will be back thank you!

What a delight to have genuine vegan Mexican cuisine in the area! My mom ordered the birria plate featuring amazing jackfruit, while I chose the taco plate with jackfruit, chorizo, and mushrooms. Everything was bursting with flavor, just the right amount of spicy, and the portions were quite generous. I look forward to returning to sample more dishes!
