Mi Ranchito - Upland

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! The staff was not friendly, we waited a half an hour for WATER and another 20 minutes for just our drinks. The server kept forgetting to bring us things we asked for and I had to get up AT LEAST TWICE just to get salsa, saltand napkins. HERE'S THE KICKER.... They are highly priced in all areas and service DOES NOT DELIVER!!! I would recommend youthink twice about spending your money here ????

We had a small family gathering held at this restaurant. Everyone was very satisfied with the quality of the food and the great service we received. Special thanks to Nancy who I spoke to ahead of time to reserve our table.

Location: Okay, Parking: Good, Service: Good, Senior Menu; Did not see one, Lunch Menu: Yes, Price for food received: Okay, 0verall: This was a first time try here. What I noticed it that if you are not looking for this place you will pass it. Triedthe lunch specials and both were filling and had a decent taste. I would like to try off the main menu just to see where thedifference is.

Very disappointed. I ordered guacamole appetizer. Guacamole was served in a very hot plate. Guacamole is supposed to be cold and served in a cold plate.Guacamole was spoiled and was discolored . After waiting for half an hour we had to walk out. Idon't want to think how the rest of the food we ordered tasted like. Very bad experience. Never again I'll come back.

Ambience and decor was great. Chips were a bit stale. Salsa was your typical restaurant style. I had the Michelada and it was very bland. Needs more mix guys. I had the Sopes, they were small and the sope was a tad bit hard. Daughter had the Chingaderas which are chimichangas, my son had a burrito, and wife had the Flautas felt the entire meal needed more flavor.The service was great and friendly
