La Tapatia Mexican Grill - Upland

My employee’s and myself have been coming here for about two years. They clearly don’t believe in customer service anymore! Claudia was incredibly disrespectful when bringing the food and felt her attitude was justified based on the type of restaurant it is.There was no manager on duty so there was no one to talk to. Claudia just said I can talk to her manager Tiffany tomorrow if I want to. We should not have this kind of experience when having lunch. We will find someplace that values their customers, especially long term ones. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants in the area.

Stopped here for the first time after husband Dr appointment. This restaurant reminds me of Cabo San Lucas. We enjoyed the friendly smiles with a wonderful welcome. The servers were great! They had answers to our questions. Quick service though it was not busy yet. Later after we ate noticed people started coming in. Parking is good, decor was nice with outside seating. Very clean. Self serve beverages area, salsa and beans self serve both area kept clean. Didn't use the restroom though I'm sure it was clean. Lots of seating, tables and seating booths. I would come here next time if we're in the area. The food was excellent which I got the taquito and hubby wet burrito. Delicious! Presentation was nice too!Parking: Restaurant located in a shopping center area easy to find

Stop in for the street tacos! Yummy!Place is super clean, food was delicious the staff EXCELLENT! Prices are great!
