Bidrage med feedbackThe food was good. The service was okay. The neighborhood is good. The place is clean. There is no line to wait to get service. The parking space there is not the greatest. Not too hard to find. The price little expensive .
Incredibly rude staff. Blonde cashier pushed the food I ordered towards me without say anything. No one greets when you enter.
This Jersey Mike's is consistently low quality sandwiches. Meats usually taste off and breads are slightly stale. Not the usual Jersey Mike's experience. It's just not up to par with other Jesery Mike's. If your in Upland go to the Jersey Mike's near Whole foods, that one is consistently good.
They completely butchered the order. Asked for a plain cheesesteak and they made sure to cover it in everything we DIDNT ask for.
Oh man. I’ve never posted a review before and I really feel bad rating this place so low, but they broke a glass oil bottle today while putting it back after making my sandwich mikes way, and the way it was handled was honestly shocking. First and foremost I had no idea the vinegar and oil bottles were glass, probably because I never cared to look. But why do you have workers using those bottles with latex gloves and those products? Oil, latex, and glass over food, what a wonderful idea. And of course it shattered today. My sandwich was on the tray being assembled, still open, when the bottle slipped and exploded between the window and vegetables. It went into all of the vegetables and bacon and she quickly put mayo on my sandwich and closed it, that was mistake #1. Additionally, instead of anyone coming and helping this poor girl a red head on grill came, took tomatoes and lettuce from the food that was exposed to shattered glass and put it on sandwich meat that was being cooked, mistake #2. The color in this girl who broke the glasses face was drained, and I get it I’m 19 and this kind of stuff has happened to me, but not knowing how to clean up shattered glass in a food establishment is absolutely unacceptable. Glass was being picked up with hands, and it wasn’t until I said something that she took out all of the vegetable and bacon trays. They were going to leave some of them there overlooked, and I know that because they didn’t dump out the tomatoes or lettuce. They put them back, mistake #3. I was trying to stay calm, and I did, I payed for my sandwich you exposed to shattered glass without throwing a fit, and didn’t have a cow over the fact that you put stuff with glass back. I payed and left. I really encourage you to look at the tapes and see what happened so you can train your staff in teamwork and how to work through these situations because it was obvious this person was embarrassed, confused and left hanging. And in case it isn’t common knowledge, throw the sandwich away, get a rag and pick up the glass, take out ALL the vegetables whether you think there is glass or not and dump it, clean the area and start over. I’ve worked in food service too and this is how we were trained. Luckily I looked through my sandwich and it I think it’s fine, but what would have happened if I actually swallowed glass? I’ve posted a pic of the broken bottle after they moved the major parts below.
