Carl's Jr. - Upland

When to get a Big Carl from this place and I wanted to make it a combo for French fries and they told me that they they don't know how to make fries and all I had was the just burger, it's not right.

They don't have zucchini fries or spicy chicken. Dawg. Fr.????????????????

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes no one took my order ! Backed up and left . After reading the reviews here I won't be returning. The car in front of me just drove through didn't stop at the pickup window .

They close at some random time around 2 am. If you're waiting in the drive thru line they will tell you at the order speaker that they just closed...The computers are down till 4 am will be their excuse.If you back up your car to leave after waiting so long to order they will come out of the restaurant and yell at you and take pictures/video with their phones.They reopen around 5 am or so.This was a new taste of Carls Jr. I never expected.

I go there for the breakfast burritos, I always have bacon in my burrito and I never seem to say it enough to make sure it's crispy. They are the only Carls that listens to me. I have brought burritos back countless times for it not being crispy. This location always listens. Thanks Carl's for me being extra picky..
