When you enter this place, the smell is very good. the service is not great, they really don't care. My raclette was good, but not the best... It was very busy, I will try to come another time next year.

Our family was in Zurich for New Years 2015 and knew everything would be booked for dinner. Adler's manager advised us we could dinate at 6:00, but must go at 7:30, as everything was reserved. We were very grateful and it worked perfectly as we have 3 children. We were looking for traditional Swiss fondue and were not disappointed. We also had veal Cordon bleu and Swiss sausage with roesti. My youngest son had chicken nuggets from the children's menu (real chicken pieces, not like fast food). The whole food was excellent and the service was great. We were most remarkable that they could join us in a very busy night without reservations.

We visited this place in search of meat fondue in the center zurich. It's in the middle of the old town. We got a place as long as we're done in an hour. When we left it, it was absolutely packed. Meat fondue was decent as prices. Worth the money, but I hope I can find better meat fondue elsewhere. Service was good, although seemed to get a little chaotic when it was full.
