Sapporo Steakhouse - University Place

The atmosphere is amazing, and the food was phenomenal as well as the presentation. I only tried some sushi, as well as sashimi and it was all amazing. The sashimi I had was chefs choice and each piece melted in my mouth, and were surprisingly big cuts. The California roll may have been the best I?ve had, with warm rice and an abundance of crab. I also went for my birthday because they have a special list of free items for birthdays! It included a huge free mixed drink, an ice cream, a hat, candle, drum song and $10 gift certificate! Amazing place and can?t wait to go again!

I visited Tepanaki for my aunt's birthday, and it was a delightful experience with delicious food. The show was fantastic, and they surprised my aunt with a large complimentary drink, a singing candle on a lotus flower, dessert, and a cute little birthday hat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They first prepared the meal without seafood and served that before cooking the seafood, as one of our party had a seafood allergy. That person was really impressed, mentioning that other restaurants with a similar setup typically just bring her a plate from the kitchen.

I had a great experience at this restaurant, and I found their prices to be similar to Trapper's Sushi (unless Trapper's is in happy hour mode). The miso soup was delicious, and I enjoyed the drinks and sushi rolls as well. I’ll definitely come back to try their Teppanyaki. The service was friendly, and the food was served quickly.

This was my first visit, and I believe I've just discovered my new favorite spot for Chinese food and sushi. I love that I can enjoy traditional Chinese dishes, fresh sushi, or Hibachi all in one place! We ordered from the lunch sushi menu, which included three special rolls for $36 and three regular rolls for $18. I thought that was an excellent deal. Even the salad dressing was a delightful way to start the meal. We also tried the sesame chicken with fried rice, and it absolutely did not disappoint. I can’t wait to return!

Amazing experience with the Hibachi. Food was amazing! Best food I think I?ve ever had. I ordered the steak, noodles, and rice and had lots of leftovers. The chef was hilarious. Great experience! Can?t wait to come back. Military Discount offered too!
