The Sauce Boiling Seafood Express

The food is really good, I'm a seafood fanatic, I would have given 5 stars but the Cleveland Hts.restaurant never opens on time. I come across town and then the restaurant isn't open, this had happened on several occasions.

So freaking slo . Everyone was so focused on cleaning up at 7 in the evening no not clean in between customers. Long waiting times for what . You come to work to work so work . I could've made my own food faster ????????????????????????

This was my second time eating here and the first time I truly enjoyed the food. This time not so much. The eggs and corn was completely over cooked, the eggs taste like rubber. The portion size was extremely small, for the price and I received the wrongsauce. Lastly they had no vegan options which was truly disappointing considering they advertise it and this was one of the mainreasons we even went there.

The food was okay, the service was horrible! 8/19/22 stopped in, staff said we?re closing soon. Took my order then said you need to leave, you can?t stand in here, go outside and wait we?ll page you ???? My hubby took too long (5mins looking over the menu)and they just told him, too late ???? He was like this was my first and last time coming here. We went next door where the staffwas pleasant and polite. That?s the last time I go to The Sauce! CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!

I ordered my seafood bag with no sausage? they gave me a bag with no sauce at all ? my receipt clearly says lemon pepper.. hopefully they will remake my order ! 42 dollars for this ? Doesn?t even look appealing ????.. SAUCE BOILING SEAFOOD? Where?sthe SAUCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
