Papa John's Pizza - University City

This situation is always on the point. I need to make a nice ride and get closer up because they're garbage. The S florissant location is garbage. Bad place ever. This place had only 2 ppl working and my order was still at the point. Delicious and looks good as it should. Go on.

I ordered the pepperoni pizza with cheese and pepperoni in the crust. It was just delicious. I ate half (4 pieces) on the drive home. I was about 30 minutes from home when I left Papa John's. I ate 2 pieces a day for dinner for the next two days. Looks like they're running something special by the end of August. Great!

I have no idea what's going on. We have been ordering from this place for over 20 years without problems until the past year. I'm so fed! I hate that I like Papa Johns. They ask for simple instructions such as, with side doors or well made pizza, extra this and that, and they cannot seem to do it. Don't you read this? Besides, we usually don't ask to make our pizza or wings good, but we do that because it seems undercooked lately.

You gave us the wrong order. We tried to solve this through the site, but agent on the site told us to call this place directly, which is impossible. When you call, you only hear a pre-recorded message and do not have any chance to talk to a person to solve this. We waited 10 minutes on the line and got nothing. We will try to file a complaint online to get our money back, but it's sad that we don't get our food.

I'd absolutely leave a 0 if I could. I called and ordered a pizza and wings for my daughters and myself for delivery. Smooth order. Said 27 to 37 minutes. Cool. About 50 mins later I called and the next rudeblady said she didn't have night drivers and they have to get door dash. I asked so my pizza is old? I told her she should have told me that i would have came and got it. Told me it was under the warmer. If I wanted pizza from under the warmer I'd get Lil Cesar's. Said the door dash was pulling up and rudely said they can put in a new pizza. I asked how long of a wait that would be since it was already 11. She then said she'd refund my money. Like I need to feed my kids!! She then told aomeone in the back ground good luck with that one and hung up. Looked online to track my order and said it was delivered. Cool!! Worst pizza experience in my 33 years, and I eat a lot of pizza.
