The restaurant is cozy and intimate, focusing on quality over quantity. Nobu's uses locally sourced and Japanese ingredients without compromising on quality. The attention to detail is exceptional, with impressive unique blown glassware. While the servers could improve their knowledge of wine and spirits, this is a minor critique. If you're looking for top-notch sushi in St. Louis, Nobu's is the place to go.
The service is fantastic, the sushi is incredible, and the interior design is fabulous! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
