Have been coming to this place since I was 16. Roughly 26 years as a customer. The owner knew me and my family and always asked how they were doing when I’d come in. I ordered from there yesterday, initially I thought it was strange that there was a kid that took my order over the phone but I didn’t think anything of it. When I walked in the place looked different and I didn’t see the regular faces I normally see and be greeted by the same woman that has greeted me for the last 26 years. It sucks to say that I won’t be back anymore. The food is so different right down to the fried rice. The crabmeat Rangoon is long longer homemade, the seamed vegetable dumplings are not the same, the eggrolls look different and the general tso’s chicken isn’t the same either. Sad to say that a 26 year customer will no longer be back.

I have been a fan of this Chinese restaurant for 3 years. Come in and check why the front desk is different. I heard from the cashier that the owner has changed The cashier is very enthusiastic and has a smile now. I prefer the current lady. The food is different from before, but the taste is great. I will come back again.

Love them and love the lady up front.... we'll I did, they retired and sadly i am highly disappointed. Sad to loose another favorite place I found in buffalo.

They made a mistake on my food order and Refused to take care of it. The new owners lack customer service. I will not be ordering from this place.

I haven't been to a Chinese restaurant for almost two months. Come in and see if they have changed their new owner. Wow! I feel like it looks much cleaner than before. Before, the hygiene was very dirty everywhere on the floor. Today, I ordered eggroll.sweetsorchicken, which was great. It's worth recommending and I will come back often in the future. Must like 5 stars
