Tony Roma's City Walk - Universal City

The waitress appeared disinterested and apathetic, while the busboy was satisfactory.

This was my first time to Tony Roma's and everything was absolutely delicious! Server was very friendly, very attentive. The food was absolutely amazing!

We went to eat before HHN at Universal, they weren’t crowded at all surprisingly and the food was outstanding however our service was terrible. No refills, no waters, bread was so hard we couldn’t bite it but he never checked back to our table. Service would have made all the difference

We absolutely adore Tony Roma's! Ever since the Encino location closed down, we decided to give the Universal City Walk restaurant a try. Making reservations at 4 p.m. through OpenTable was a breeze. We parked at the Jurassic Park valet, and Tony Roma's validated the parking for just $7.50. The food and service were fantastic!

Moderate food for too much money. The server was great! I am not sure if there is a better sit down dining option at Universal City Walk.
