Taco John's - United States

1st off the night, Manger needs a raise. I have never seen a smoother operation. I ordered a chicken taco, and they had to make fresh ones. I was informed it would be a 4 minute wait. I said no problem and continued with my order. The communication was excellent. Night manager oplogized for the wait personally and let me know next time I came she would have chicken tacos ready. I saw Employees cleaning, and after I ordered through the drive thru I went inside and the place was spotless.

Always recommend the potato ole's! Drive through attendant was very professional and kind. Took about 6 minutes to get our food from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

The worker didn't even wrap half the order. He just tossed the stuff in the bag and covered it up with my two tacos and a bunch of sauce packets. But at least the gave us zero napkins. I won't be back.

SO inconsistent it?s not even funny. One day it could be good, but most days it?s either wrong order, soggy, cold, or gives me an upset stomach. And I?m a fan of taco johns. Will not be returning to this store.

This Taco John's has really gone down hill. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt if they were short handed but the day I came through they had ample people just standing around looking at their phones. This wouldn't be a problem had they been getting food out in a timely manner but that wasn't the case either. To top it off they made my meal wrong, it was just gross and the potato oles seemed like they'd been sitting there all day. I'm very sad about this because this use to be one of the best Taco John's in the area in my opinion and now they're definitely the worst. I hope they turn things around before it gets shut down.
