Love love loves this place. I lived in williston wt every time we went south, we would always stop here to grab some bread. this time we have the tropical nebel latte. absolutely delicious! both stopped on the way up and down, just to get the drink. so good!

If there’s anything that deters me from going back here, it’s the terribly rude staff. They insulted me on two occasions. If they don’t like your face, they will try their best to make you uncomfortable. This place gives me major anxiety. The food is good but their treatment is enough to give you mental issues. Needless to say, never going back for the sake of my sanity.

What wonderful and quality artisan flavors and choices. Their breads, pastries, and sandwiches are to die for. You will not be disappointed with this quality of food level.

We absolutely adore Red Hen Baking! Whenever we drive home to Connecticut from a weekend of skiing at Sugarbush, we try to stop for a late lunch. The sandwiches lattes are amazing, and we usually bring home something from the pastry case as well. The employees are super friendly and very efficient, and we have always had an excellent experience each time we visit!

Great pastry and sandwiches. Friendly attentive staff. Can buy local stuff like honey, clothing here as well.
