If you've never been, you've disappeared! Such a great place in the Middle West. Her Cubano is delicious along with most of her menu. Brisket Nachos were out of the chain.

I totally understand, but still really cheated. We live in Illinois and stopped here every time on the way to New Glarus. Great food and service, but we will get through the end of this month at 2:00. We will miss you this year!!

I would say it is usually quite busy, they have amazing burgers one of the best I ever had. From what I was told, they are cooked on an open flame grill.

There are three things you need to know about Pancho and Lefty's Outlaw Grill before you go. #1 Cash only (the staff even has this printed on their shirts), they do have an ATM inside for convenience. #2 Space is limited, they do have outdoor seating available but don't count on it, this is the Midwest and weather is subject to change. You may have to wait. #3 The food at Pancho and Lefty's is amazing. The atmosphere inside is fun and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the food is out of this world. We opened with fried pickles, which were crisp without being over-breaded, served with Sriracha sauce and a cucumber sauce. I had the Spicy Steak Burrito that had tender and juicy cuts of steak and just the right amount of heat. My wife had the saucy delight that was their Pulled Pork Sandwich. To top it off, we shared there Bread Pudding and that was a pure decadent chocolate out of body experience. If you're in Monroe, eat here!

Excellent service and the owner was very friendly as was our waitress. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Prices were good and food was awesome. I had a brisket smash burger with homemade cut fries. Will definitely stop there again. And we picked up two Poncho Lefty's t-shirts.
