Burger King - United States

I've always been here, but I won't be. I asked down buns instead of seeds, since the person who got them has diverticulitis and can not have any seeds and they do not turn off. I ordered the Rodeo Burger and they put ketchup on it instead of grill sauce. I ordered a large onion ring and the lower half of the container were all French pommes, and I ordered chocolate chip cookies that were not even in the bag when I came home. I ordered the BK app that was super slow, but there shouldn't have been any confusion about what I ordered because I didn't use the speaker, they had my order before them. How hard is it to follow written instructions? Apparently you have your way is no longer their motto or customer service.

Well for the most part, they are just a small chimsey if after extra toppings on burgers and what happened with a big pommes, a big pommes not a medium...

DB Whopper was ordered without pickles. The sandwich was dry, no tomatoes or oions with very little salad N A S T Y! The two stars are for my dogs NUGGETS they loved them!

That's the terrible burning chicken sandwich they gave me. Bad customer service.

The food is great. The fries are really good. The grilled taste is exceptional. The onion rings are delicious.
