Sushi Ushi - United States Ai, Brandon

The Gyoza (6) were delicious. The Miso Ramen had a funkiness to it that I just could not stand. Im not sure if it was coming from the pork, but it smelled a bit acrid and I could not eat it. Maybe it was fish sauce? I threw it away.

Tuna Tataki has a slightly spicy crust. Was not expecting that. Not a bad surprise, just a surprise. Not a strong burn, but a long one! Keep a sweet drink or some bread handy if you need to cut the heat.

So good. Now we got to find this restaurant and try out some more. We came from Hawaii and were spoiled with good Shshi but not all Shshi is created equal this dish gave us hope.
