Other two pubs in Hook Norton that were recommended to us were fully booked on the night we discovered The Gate Hangs High. Amazing quality food and drink at very good prices, it's no surprise people rate this place so highly. It's definitely worth a visit if you like an old school traditional pub ! Went here for a Sunday lunch today and it was delicious! Table of 7 including children, the staff were so friendly and service was very efficient. Best roast any of us have had for a long time. Would absolutely recommend! Service: 5 Location: 5

A great pub, great friendly staff. A great campsite £10.00 without electric £25 with. Need wedges as slopes. Fabulous food. Within easy walking distance of Hook Norton and the Hook Norton Brewery Service: 5 Location: 5
