Chipotle Mexican Grill - Uniontown

This is by far the worst Chipotle in Ohio! The service is truly terrible. I paid $12 for a bowl, and it was barely filled—definitely not worth it. Many other reviews reflect this same sentiment. Honestly, this place should be shut down because it's just that bad. The food doesn’t taste like the typical Chipotle; it has an off flavor and seems low quality, with very little portion served. The staff really needs better training on customer service. The guy who checked me out acted like he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t even let me know when I was finished; he just assumed I would figure it out. When I grabbed my food and left, I realized that he hadn’t even given me everything I ordered. This place is awful—skip it and drive further to find a better option. To top it all off, I actually got food poisoning from here, so unless you want to be sick for a few days, avoid this location at all costs!

Worst chipotle I 've ever been too. My friend Ordered a bowl and they gave her a half scoop of everything and when she asked for more Nolan the manager said there is a guacamole shortage I can 't do that for you but you can pay for an extra side we said no but then rethought and wanted too we never mentioned not wanting to pay for the food but he then said if you dont want to pay for an extra side you can 't get it and we will throw your whole bowl away...I cannot give you food you aren 't going to pay for completely out of pocket and should never be said to a customer he then goes on to talk about us to his friend that was in line and says I have to deal with entitled people like this all day I confronted him about saying it the moment he said it and he denied it when me and multiple other people heard him say this. As we go to sit down I open my food and the chicken quesadilla had barley any chicken and was mostly tortilla...the rice was a lot extremely salty I could feel the salt grains in it. We will never be back the disrespect was unreal and I will not be treated like that when I am paying you to make my food.

Food was great. It's a must to go in to get your food. When you order it to be delivered, you never ever get your money's worth. No one was in there dining in; yet every table was dirty and we had to clean it of ourselves. It is that way every time we go in there.

Delicious steak and delicious chicken. Huge portions at a reasonable cost.

I really wish DoorDash would stop partnering with this location. It seems that without someone watching them make the food, they don’t feel the need to provide enough portions. We paid extra for double meat, yet they didn’t even give us a full single serving. The burrito was tiny, the chips were stale, and the bowl was only half full. It's absurd!
