Horrible time. A Indian girl I believe her name is crystal young girl. But she was arrogant and rude. So hurry to get me out of there and didn't even make my cup right. She did a horrible job I hated it. She should be fired

The best pomagranate frozen yogurt I have tried! I love topping it with a waffle cone, mango boba, honey and Oreos. Staff is nice they let you try different flavors. It?s in the middle of the mall so it?s convenient.

The cashier was nice. he gave us samples to try. just responding to the owner's comment. the serving size was not measured. but I will remove the negative review if they were supposed to be.

There was this worker here a while ago and when my family and I went to get some ice cream he told us that the shop closed for the day at it was around 4 pm at the time on a week day so the store should of been open. He told us that it opens again the next day so we said okay and walked around Roosevelt. After we cane back the same direction and saw that he was serving other costumers after he had told us they were closed. So my dad and I went to ask him if its open and he said no and that its still closed. I told him that I just saw him serving some people and then he went on to say that they only have the flavor original. So the store wasn?t closed and he lied to us saying that it was closed when it was clearly open. I ordered a large original and he gave me so little ice cream. It was like the size of a small. It didn?t even touch the rim of the cup. It was just a plop of the ice cream.We ended up not buying it and just left. Im pretty sure he didn?t serve us because were asian and the others he served weren?t asian. Anyways if it wasn?t because we were asian it was still very wrong of him to lie to us and give us an unreasonable small amount of the ice cream. I used to love coming here to get ice cream but because of this incident I wont be coming more as often.

THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED! THEY ARE CONSTANTLY CHANGING THEIR STORE HOURS! WHY CANT THEY OPEN WITH THE MALL? MOST STORES OPEN BETWEEN 10 AND 11 BUT THEY OPEN AT 12!! FURTHERMORE, THEY ALWAYS OPEN LATE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE NEVER ON TIME!!!!!
