Church's Texas Chicken - Union Springs

I arrived at 10:45, as they were scheduled to open at 10:30. However, it's now 11:30 and the doors are still locked. I can see an employee seated inside, eating. When I attempted to use the drive-thru, it informed me that I would have to wait an additional 9 minutes. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Lunch.

Lousy service. Only drive through. No spices food. Did not listen to order. We left without food. Last time going.

WHy iS tHeRE nO dInE iN....on a Monday at lunch time? Nine hour trip and this road is on the map as a cut through from 75 to 65. Needed to use a bathroom. Lost a sale.
