Taco Bell - Union City

Update: thursday, 28. july 2022: as usual the employees of this taco bell are professional, polite, friendly and helpful. josue took my order and he was very professional and friendly about the usual in most almost food places. he also gave me additional information about one of the ordered articles. I must admit it would have been nice to see more workers wearing face masks, especially since covid19 cases have risen significantly since this last april, but I degresse. taco bell has become a very nice comfort for my life partner and me. we always get very good customer service, they serve coffee for all hours, the bathroom is well sorted and regularly cleaned, and it is nice to see the employees facial features right.

On Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 7 PM, my experience at the restaurant was quite frustrating. Initially, the staff seemed more focused on chatting and laughing among themselves than taking my order. After a few minutes of awkward silence, a different employee rushed over to finalize my order, making me feel hurried. When I reached the window, I noticed that the young staff members were goofing off, even playing on their phones. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was entirely incorrect. It’s disappointing to see this kind of service, especially because one day they’ll realize how simple this job could be if they just put their attention into it.

Make sure to visit this restaurant by noon, as their posted hours indicate they close at 2 PM. However, they actually close at 12 PM! They’ve truly helped me with my diet. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced!

Eating is good, I love taco bell, but I think they can do better with the duty task of the personal because they need some time to visit them.

The staff at this restaurant consistently demonstrate professionalism and kindness. They provide exceptional customer service every time.
