Subway - Union City

No one makes a sub quite like Karamjeet! The generous toppings and sauces are always perfect, leaving you completely satisfied. The best part is that she strictly follows hygiene protocols and changes her gloves after making each sub, which earns her extra points from a vegetarian like me!

I’ve tried several sandwiches over the last few months, and both the service and food have been great! The portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh. The staff is also very friendly.

I long for the days of good customer service. It used to be that when you were paying for a service, the staff would be friendly, attentive, and make an effort to ensure you were satisfied. Unfortunately, the woman working here doesn’t seem to care, and it really shows. There’s another Subway just up the street on Mission that is cleaner, more pleasant, and even a bit cheaper.

Incredibly slow service. There were two workers the entire time and one of them when the shop was full stood around and watched effectively doubling the amount of time to make the food. The worker that did take my order was slow and unresponsive

The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. They had everything we needed.
