Kfc - Union City

Very nice staff however Nice doesn?t get the job done certainly half or at least the majority of my ratings are evaluated by the courtesy and experience of my visits. This was a little different situation since recent Covid has taken over our society andeverything we do in life, cuz this visit was very late at night and the staff was more than comfortable operating with theamount of people there were a performed jobs. If there?s such thing of overstaff then this is certainly your business aboutfive women it took to prepare my order which was only one value meal and a chicken sandwich and yet still had to ask me verballysix times or what else I ordered. My chicken sandwich did come customize requesting no pickle and of course my sandwich was madeafter asking three times guess what it had on it pickles! Again super nice group of staff in which they were all from the samespeaking country because the majority of their conversations was also done in Spanish. They probably didn?t think I spoke orunderstood it however I did they didn?t say anything to the negative effect but we?re clearly voicing how aggravated they werein which they should think twice about someone knowing a second language to understand what they?re saying and maybe not feel ascomfortable as they thought they would be knowing they could understand them.

Ordered online. Go through drive through to pick up, asked to come inside, I do. No one is attending guests. Finally a young man tries to help, just gives up and walks away. A woman is telling people to have patience. My order was supposed to be readyat 7:43 at 8:02, they tell me they have no chicken, I would have to wait 20-30 minutes longer. I ask to have ordered canceled, Manager didn't know how. Finally had to tell him to refund my card with a negative amount. Horrible service.

He waited for over 45 minutes to the side of the drive-dru line parked together with 10 other customers waiting for our order. it was like a parking space and impossible to even leave cuz my car was blocked by other customers waiting for their order. a customer even had a fight with the propulsion thru worker not ready about their order. it was completely chaos. try to avoid this kfc to all cost.

Mac and cheese was not edible, legit tasted like and smelt like dirty toilet water . Not that I have had dirty toilet water before but that’s what I’d imagine it tasting like. So if your curious try it out.
