Dunkin' - Union City

Ive been coming to this location everyday since they opened. It has constantly gone down since opening.

The customer service here is so amazing and the store is very clean American or may I say Union city runs on

DO NOT EAT HERE , THEY MAKE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES!! Khan who’s the manager there can not keep any employees because he’s very unprofessional. He’s very rude and he takes money out of the employees checks for things like wearing an AirPod , not coming in proper uniform , and if one person misplaces things like a headset he then threatens to take money out of everyone’s check. The only people that’s making what they’re supposed to make is his people who he hires. He also allows (his people) them to make food without gloves , flies are always laying and flying around the donuts. I’ve even seen him put Donuts back in the donut case that a customer left out the store with did whatever with them and brought them back! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK AND EAT !!

I worked here but the manager kept removing my hrs and doesn’t give explainations as to why he takes your hours. He’s extremely rude and expects respect when he doesn’t respect his workers. Plus I know how unhigenic this place is and how much they have to clean before inspection because of not, we’d get closed

I asked for the cookie butter cold foam on a spiced sugar cookie latte and they gave me a regular vanilla iced latte with whip cream lol . I wasn’t mad I still enjoyed it but if you’re gonna charge .70c extra for cold foam at least give me cold foam lol not whip cream.. big difference.
