Dunkin' - Union City

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of a woman wearing a name tag that read "manager." While I understand that not everyone can be cheerful all the time, it was very unprofessional for her to walk away in the middle of taking my order to attend to another employee, who seemed to be deemed more important than the customers. As long as this kind of behavior continues, I recommend taking your business elsewhere—somewhere that values its customers. I strive to be fair in my reviews (feel free to look me up), and I believe this feedback reflects the situation accurately. I only wish I had experienced the high standard of service that the restaurant is known for.

The food and drink selections are typical for a Dunkin Donuts, but the staff can sometimes be unfriendly and may make mistakes with orders. The seating is adequate, and there’s WiFi available if you’re looking for a quick spot to eat, drink, or take a break.

This is my favorite coffee spot. It's convenient, quick, and the service is always friendly.

The two ladies work today 12/21/21 are really fast, reliable and a very good teamwork. You deserve a 10-star rating. In addition, even with a mask on, they get your order right.

I hated this dunkin every time I left, but this time everything went smooth. I see various employees. Maybe there's a new manager, but the store looks better.
