Domino's Pizza - Union City

Two words. Customer Service. Mike, the store manager, went above and beyond. I left a quick review on the dominos website stating my cinnamon twists were forgotten. I received a call not even 10 minutes later. He apologized and even drove outsidenormal delivery range to bring us our cinnamon twists because my 7 year old daughter was disappointed. Not only that he alsobrought her a balloon and a bracelet. I have never been more impressed with someone's dedication to customer service.

Only ever had one problem and I?ve ordered their thousands of times. That problem would?ve been fixed immediately had I been the person picking up the order but unfortunately I had a friend pick up the order however with that being said this place isamazing and the employees are great.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Its ridiculous that you place an order and it takes over an hour to be delivered. The excuse everytime is they got backed up.. get your together!!

Little more sauce is the only thing most of the time pizza are good. Love the pastas and cinnamon twists.

Fast service quick and friendly. The delivery drivers do not get the delivery fee and gas is crazy! Tip your delivery driver ????
