Azteca Taqueria - Union City

When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and unfortunately, the food was just as unremarkable. It was okay, but the meat was overcooked and tough. The salsa was watery and had an odd flavor, almost like avocado. The rice and beans were pretty mediocre. If you're looking to fill your stomach, you will, but that's about all I can say. Food rating: 2/5.

Everything we had was fresh! The French toast came in a generous portion and is served with syrup, while the tamales were delicious! The champurrado could have been a bit sweeter, but it was still really tasty. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
