Tokyo House - Union

Great food for a decent price. One of only a few places you can get a real breakfast. Service was fantastic. I don't understand why the store wasn't full.

Eating is fine...others who were better. It really depends on the time you go. I miss the old Waffle House menu that had more options for food. Sometimes they seem to close the place... no one around... why???

You probably have a better service on a day when so many people aren't gone for the 4th. I think our waitress was a little new, but very nice and friendly. The food was about what you would expect. The menu has changed since I was last there. I really don't eat much of my own kitchen so I don't speed up the current prices, but it seemed a little high. I guess everything is.

You never answer the phone, and when you go there, the staff are always rude and the food comes burned out. It's bad if you live in the area of this Waffle House, but you have to drive 30 minutes to the road just to hope to get a better service in one in Spartanburg?

It didn't used to be this bad but now they never answer the phone. Especially on night shift but day shift it just all depends. Then they claim the phone never ringed when you come inside. Yet, when you pull up and call again , you can see through the window people causally walk by the phone ringing and bs'n around.
