Don Alex - Union

Get the green sauce and put it on everything! This is my favorite Don Alex location. Friendly staff, food is fresh, and service is typically quick. I typically get the #6 lunch special, runs about $7-8. Great price for good food.

Great food every time I order out or sit down for a nice dinner. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always professional. I love the food and the green house they give is amazing, everyone should use the green sauce as much as possible.

My daughter, granddaughter, and I found ourselves locked out of the car and, while waiting for AAA to arrive, we took a walk around the corner from the Union movie theater in pouring rain. That's when we stumbled upon this restaurant. A young lady outside recommended the "Don Alex Special," so we decided to place a to-go order. I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The rotisserie chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the fresh salad included red cabbage, radishes, and tomatoes. I swapped the fries for yellow rice, and we also ordered a side of fried sweet plantains. We're already planning to return soon for a sit-down meal. The dining atmosphere is really nice, and the prices are quite reasonable.
