Ordered from this location often. Latest order was on the app. I arrived at the pick up time stated on the app and sat in line for almost 40 min. Went inside after and manager gave me the customer service number for which she stated I would get a refund. I called and after almost an hr on the phone was offered first chips and salsa and finally an entree. Totally unacceptable. I've emailed a few times and they refuse to resolve the issue demanding proof of purchase which I provided each time as they had asked. Many other options locally available.

I continue to be disappointed by this location. Stopped by today for lunch and the dining room was closed as they were taking digital orders only. The food quality is always hit or miss. Half the time the rice is freezing cold. If a burrito shell tears, they often double wrap my burrito without asking. Blaring music in the dining room so loud I can't have a conversation. Time for new management. Food: 1

Terrible. 10 minutes for service is unacceptable. The employees dont know how to roll a burrito. Untincels/napkins/drink lids are almost never refilled. Not worth the trip Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Goof clean facility. Orders are prompt and accurate. Food is of good quality, not over or undercooked like in some other locations. Friendly staff. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
