I asked for no onions twice and they still put onions on my wrap. Fries was way to salty and cold. But the service was nice and friendly. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I will not be going back to this store again, I really like Arby's but the customer service here is a joke, since when are employers allowed to throw food from the back to be picked up that's what happened to my sandwich the other day this woman just tossed it through the opening didn't care how it landed either it landed on it's side, the girl that took my order was so quite I could barely hear what she was saying I had to have her repeat what she said, plus it looks really bad when seated at the first table when you walk in you see 3 employees sitting there playing a game granted the store was surper slow but still that's a major customer torn off and this is not the first time I've seen this stuff in this unit

The customer service here is nonexistent. Every time I’ve been, it’s been awful. You’re not greeted as you approach the counter to order. You aren’t even acknowledged. A young man took our order today. No greeting. No acknowledgment. He was ignoring half of my order to talk to someone else. No apology. No anything. Then after taking our order, he just walked off to talk to another worker. Didn’t give me my cup or a receipt. Didn’t say “your food will be ready soon, we’ll call you” nothing. I went another time for a milkshake. Walked in and was told the milkshake machine was down. No apology or anything. Just “milkshake machine down”. That was it. It’s ALWAYS about 60° in the dining room. It’s always so cold. It’s too cold to enjoy your food. I love arbys. But not this one. I don’t recommend it.
