We are happy to have such a wonderful place to eat in our community. eating is always amazing.

Dinner order of spaghetti with meat sauce was made with chunks of canned tomatoes and approx a tablespoon of meat Zero garlic on garlic bread and bread tasted old Incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional wait staff. When asked to get our order, the waitress let out a dramatic sigh and rolled her eyes. We are sweet, friendly, southern folks and we didn't deserve that Prices are ridiculous for what you get. We ordered a large loaded and expensive pizza a couple of weeks ago, and there were hardly any toppings. This happened last year with sandwiches, and the owner said he would comp us a meal, which he forgot about when we came back the next week I'm sending this review to the Primos corporate headquarters. We need a good Italian restaurant in Unicoi!

We stopped by for a late lunch today, blown away by the quality of the dishes we ordered. We live in a nearby city with twenty, thirty Greek/Italian restaurants and Primo's beats them all. If I had to drive the thirty five, forty minutes I wouldn't hesitate for a Mediterranean fix

I and wife Ruth have tried pasta dishes, pizzas, sandwiches. Ruth got a chef salad and said it was very tasty and so fresh. We really like the appetizers and chicken planks. Debbie. The manager and girls that work there are attentive and really care on each guest. The owner should be proud. The cooks are the best. Erwin is blessed to have this restaurant, very clean.

Great little Italian place. Loved by my husband and 2 year old as well as myself. We paid around $60 for 2 drinks, 2 entrees, a kid's meal, and an appetizer and we all had a box with leftovers for the next day. So, the portions are great and the food is always delicious! We will definitely be going back. It's probably my favorite place!
