UPDATE:Was at McDonald’s yesterday in a pick up spot after placing an online order. Sat in the pick up spot for over 20 minutes while cars were consistently going through the drive-through without delay. Sent my husband inside to the front counter where he stood for 10 more minutes, because employees were not getting service at the front. My husband witnessed two customers come in stand and wait and when they weren’t acknowledged, they left. So with my husband standing inside, I called the manager, which I could see through the drive-through window pick up the phone. I told him the situation that I was sitting outside for an outrageous amount of time and that my husband at this point had been in the lobby for 15 minutes and no one had come to the front to acknowledge anyone. Was a young black guy and I didn’t get his name, but he said to me that they were understaffed and he would get to my order when he got to it. Less than three minutes later, my husband had our order in his hand. so needless to say, they overlooked the pick up spot order probably unintentionally, and instead of admitting his faults, he just wanted to be a jerk to me. I come there often as you can see from the photos that I post so I am more than aware that they have plenty of staff and on this particular night as I was sitting in the pick up spot, I witnessed six different employees walking past the drive-through window. McDonald’s is going to get shut down there’s no way it can possibly keep on especially letting homeless people sleep in the side parking lot but, that’s another topic for another day.This McDonald’s is sadly declining. Several months ago the customer service was a horrendous, I will say in the past two months I’ve noticed that the staff have become a lot more diverse and friendly. The pictures I have below are of three different experiences, and each one depict the quality of service that you do receive. These are just for my last three visits. But I’ve been dealing with this for over two years. Every sandwich I get whether it’s a McChicken, a big Mac, or a double cheeseburger is always such a mess and you need a stack of napkins to get through it. I always add mayonnaise to my sandwiches and I guess they think it’s funny to make it a big pile of slop. I have no other option but to go to this McDonald’s because it’s really really close to my house and I don’t see the sense in driving to McDonald’s and getting mediocre service there as well. I highly suggest not doing pull up service if you order through the app because 90% of the time it’s children and they love to play around so they don’t bring the order out promptly. I sat one time for 45 minutes and I had to call the store to get them to walk the 10 feet out to my car and hand me freezing cold food. The franchisee has given up as he’s allowing people to live on the property. And not maintaining the outside of the store. it’s really sad because I grew up here and McDonald’s was such a treat when I was a kid going to the play place and enjoying a meal with my family now as an adult I don’t get to share that same tradition.
So I come to this store spending about $30 for me and my 3 children they advise me they're out of drinks the lady who took my order is new but said since they don't have any drinks I can get the orange juices for free it's not my fault they don't have drinks so then I noticed I'm charged for 4 apple juices that were supposed to have been no charge $8 dollars for drinks that I usually get free with their meals I tell the manager yall charged me for an extra 4 drinks and a cheeseburger so instead of the manager speaking up I have to argue with about 3 crew members trying to tell me what they have to charge for the drinks the lady who told me they would be free told her manager that's what she said he still choose not to honor what his employee said his crew got to laughing and talking about kicking me out like I'm not allowed to voice what I was told the employees here are terrible the managers here are terrible the quality of food here is terrible
Extremely slow and cost more than its worth. Definitely missing the speed and good prices days...
