The general manager, Koda, is excellent! Koda has the absolute best attitude and provides top notch, prompt, and accurate service. Would totally go back!

Just dined it at the Grand location and had the most exceptional time. The General Manger Koda helped me out from start to finish and his service was nothing short of amazing. Quick service, hot and fresh food and a clean establishment! Overall a 10/10 experience.

We had an enjoyable dining experience at My Burger. The service is prompt and professional. My wife and I are impressed by the professionalism of the staff and, in particular, the on-shift manager. In our last visit the manager was Koda. He serves as an excellent example and leader for his staff.Kid-friendliness: Our grandkids love to join us at My Burger for dinner. In particular, they rave about the fries, shakes and malts.

When it comes to burgers and shakes we’re mostly take out. For some reason we decided to eat in at MyBurger SE corner Snelling and Grand. Glad we did. I so enjoyed watching the professionalism, warmth and care this team showed with customers and between team members to create a truly exceptional atmosphere. When I asked about it an employee responded by saying “that’s really nice to hear, we work really hard at that.” Well your efforts are paying off. Well done and keep that culture going! :
