Bidrage med feedbackOur Saturday morning visit saw few guests and we were quickly seated. It's a large eatery overflowing with tables, large service counter and many staff. Our breakfast included eggs benedict and hashbrown potatoes. The former was done to perfection while the latter had a great color but not much else going for it.Service staff were friendly, accurate, dutiful, served with a smile, tad slowly but all the while seemed more polite than friendly. A fulfilling but dull experience. Finally one of us was mildly ill afterwards and suspect the hashbrowns but we can't be sure.
Great service, atmosphere and good food, but the hashbrowns are bland. I still recommend you go.
Great food, big portions and great service! Comfort food, for sure but with plenty of options for allergens or other dietary needs! Kid-friendliness: Big open space so no one was bothered when our kids were loud!
Very charming diner atmosphere. I'm from Louisiana, so I came here looking forward to a taste of home. I was a bit disappointed with the blueberry/walnut/banana pancakes I got; they were just plain pancakes with these items nonchalantly placed on a side dish for me to add manually... they were very tasty once combined, but I would've appreciated a more complete looking plate. The cookie dough pancakes were great--my friend got some. Will have to come back for the pineapple pancakes.Delicious Brazilian coffee bean lattes!! That was the most Louisiana thing about this whole experience.
One of my favorite places to grab breakfast in St. Paul. The Carnitas Benedict is terrific!
