Golden Chow Mein

Ordered Shrimp with pea pods . The order lady repeated loudly Shrimp and pea pods! When I got it home, I discovered that it was instead, chicken and mixed vegatables. I phoned them within 2 hours or ordering. The order lady tried to blame me, saying she announced the customer order twice. She said Shrimp and pea pods only once, and had she said Chicken, I would have stopped and corrected her. I told her it wasn 't my error. She said she would help . She never asked for the mistaken order back. By then it was a soggy oil-dripping mess, so I threw it out. I retuned the next day. She started arguing again that I was at fault! She said the help she offered was to offer me 1/2 off . (Half off of what? A new order that I already paid for?? I told her that was unsatisfactory, either refund my order or make the correct order, and don 't make me open a dispute with my credit card company. She shut up and remade the order. I was a first-time customer, but will never go back after such treatment.

This place has the best chicken wings and she has been around for years and I love all the employees there so nice

Covid killed the indoor portion of their restaurant and they are take-out only now. However, best damned lo mein in the city!

Grabbed takeout here tonight for the first time. The food was excellent! Super fresh. Heads and Shoulders above our usual spot.

Loved the food. Best eggrolls I have ever head. And the wonton soup was so comforting on a cold wet day. The women who took my order and rang me out was friendly. She was very thankful for my business and when I paid and tipped in cash she gave me a chocolate truffle as a thank you. I will be returning to the place to try more food. The inside of the restaurant could use a little work in my opinion and I should have asked for the prices and receipt but it wasn’t a big deal for a small first time order
