This subway store was excellent til new owner took over years ago. Sooo stingy on the fillings. and under servants so when busy you wait age to server

Similar to other Subway locations, this restaurant offers a variety of sandwiches and a self-serve drink machine. Customers have the option to dine in and relax, or purchase a single bottle to go. The young staff could improve by being more smiley and friendly, and taking the time to carefully assemble sandwiches. However, there have been instances of happy and accommodating employees, which is why I continue to return.

The restaurant consistently mixes up orders and the fillings never appear to be fresh. The atmosphere is not welcoming.

The Umina Beach Subway store used to be fantastic until new owners took over about a year ago. Since the change in ownership, the store has deviated from the standard offerings found at other Subway locations. Customers may find that certain salad ingredients, such as green capsicum, red onion, olives, and even meatballs, are now rationed or priced higher. The amount of other toppings, like cheese, has also been reduced. While you can still enjoy a sandwich at this location, it may not be as satisfying as the subs offered at other Subway stores.

Bread Rolls are fresh and fillings are also fresh. Cookies are sometimes a little stale. Choices are adequate.
