Ulladulla Woodfired Pizza Cafe and Grill

My brother is a huge fan of wood-fired food, so we decided to try out this restaurant. I was a bit skeptical at first because this place has never had a good dining option in Ulladulla. Our parents are locals. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 4 kids. As others have mentioned, the service was slow. My dad even had time to walk around the block and come back before the food arrived. The pizzas, as others have noted, were not good. It seemed like they didn't turn on the oven in time and ended up burning the tops and leaving the bases uncooked. The only reason the kids ate anything at all was because they were so hungry from waiting. It's just not right to serve a kid a pizza with a dark brown top. We also ordered cocktails from the enticing blackboard menu, but had to wait a long time because the staff were overwhelmed and there weren't enough of them. Unfortunately, cocktails are not their specialty. My advice to the restaurant would be to go back to basics and focus on perfecting the oven and then maybe offer some cocktail making lessons. It's not fair to the customers to serve subpar food and drinks.

The service was decent, but the pizza was overcooked and took around 15 minutes too long to arrive. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours for our food, even though we were initially told it would only be a 55-minute wait. By 9pm, we were fed up and ready to leave. Half of our group still hadn't received their orders, and we were all no longer hungry. We decided to cancel the rest of our orders and received a refund. The staff were apologetic, but the long wait and lack of flavor made the experience not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

On our final evening in Ulladulla, we decided to dine at a restaurant. The establishment was disorganized and disorderly, leading to a long wait before our order was taken. Unfortunately, the pizza we ordered took well over an hour to arrive and was lacking in flavor. The crust was undercooked and the garlic bread was only decent in taste.

Possibly like myself you tend to disregard one poor review. However now there are two.Four out of five occupied tables left as they had waited at least two hours.Some of our group gave up and left without dinner whilst the food ,when it eventually arrived was average at best.

Omg DISGUSTING !!!!BAD SERVICE , VERY RUDE TO US , TASTELESS FOOD Got there at 7 pm with group of friends . Only 1 other tables taken in restaurant. Ordered by 7.20 .After 1 hour asked how long ours would be and was treated rudely . Kids were getting restless and hungry. By 9pm we were stressed and wanted a refund and we're refused . At least bring the kids food out !!!! Would have been a no brainer !!!!Upon getting our food over 1.5 hours later it was tasteless and disgusting and not worth eating .Don't service a restaurant if you are not willing to treat them with good customer service and not put them before takeaway WILL NOT BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING. !!!!
