McDonald's - Ulladulla

Nothing worse than to park and eat on a long journey to wait home, but if the dame comes with additional chips to apologize, everything is forgiven. well made mais ulladulla sometimes it's just the little dinge.

My wife and daughter have recently fallen in maccas ulladulla. we live close, so we occasionally often. our family is all completely vaccinated, but the youngest suffers from multiple impediments and cannot wear masks. my wife, other daughter wore mask, but the youngest did not. my family. was hired by the manager or supervisor who told my youngest person that he was coming out. my wife and eldest daughter tried to explain that she had a take, but he didn't want to listen. my wife went to him to show him her release, and he didn't want to know and went away. If they were superior, they must understand the laws and also show professionalism at any time. look, I understand that time is difficult for retail, but I get it for everyone, especially those with impediments difficult!

As a local, I am disappointed to say that this restaurant is a no-go for me. I tried calling them multiple times to confirm their address, but received no answer. MenuLog wasn't much help either, as they couldn't answer a simple question. I will not be dining here again.

As far as makkas are concerned, one would have to be the worst in Australia. they often get wrong orders and serve cold food. Of course they put the bar quite low for mcdonalds in general, but ulladulla mcdonald’s hit a fairly low standard. if the bad quality eating does not make them feel sick the basic lack of cleanliness becomes. the employees are badly trained and the management is more than happy to swear and verbally abuse customers. they make one fall and give this place a failure.

This would be one of the most grubby McDonalds I have visited. Tables were dirty and obviously not regularly wiped down. Not good during Covid restrictions. Staff did not respond to a request to wipe down the table surface. The floors had rubbish and food...stuff on them. The ladies toilet was filthy with disused toilet paper with fecal matter on the floor. A very poor choice for a quick stop for a drink.
