Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a rare steak au poivre, but received a steak with béarnaise sauce instead. When I asked for a sauce au poivre, the waitress seemed annoyed. Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked, not rare at all. When I sent it back, the kitchen insisted it was rare and returned it to me. The meat was not pink inside at all. The waitress later claimed that the outside was well done but the inside was rare, which was a ridiculous explanation. I just wanted good service, not a debate.
We went for the first time in this establishment for a brunch. I expected to benefit from a so much discount the reception and service are worse than non-existent: glacial, unpleasant, hung. but no, of course: Moreover, for a brunch at 25 euros per person, it is expected that the drinks will be understood. again a contempt on our part. This said the buffet was excellent!
We arrived on a lovely summer evening and decided to have dinner on the terrace. Unfortunately, our table was situated near the garbage bins of the nearby apartments, and the smell wafted over to us. We asked to be moved to another table, but were told we had to wait 10 minutes inside for a different table to become available. Our main dishes arrived promptly, along with the white wine we had ordered as an aperitif. Despite never being offered a table outside, we ended up eating inside while listening to Mariah Carey-style music. The waiter who escorted us out did not apologize for the inconvenience. While the food was delicious, the atmosphere and service were poor. We will not be returning.
The frame is beautiful, that's all there is to be pleasant in this place! servers work, which gives a stressful atmosphere. my dish, a veal escalope with tagliatelles, arrived hot, my tagliatelles were too cooked and formed a compact pile, decorated with a smooth tomato coulis. My friend ordered a wok of vegetables, this one was served in a doughnut, a dish that doesn't look like anything. The waiter first cheated on the covers, before serving the accompaniment of the wok, with my scalope. It was rice, cold at the table. I ordered a glass of white wine, and I was served half, in the light of glasses on other tables. At the end of the meal, I was asked if it had rained us, I said the potatoes were too cooked, so the answer was that they were not al dente then? , I said not far from there, the server left without adding a word. I wasn't going there for the first time and I was disappointed last time, I'm not coming back.
We had already left several times, including the Christmas day two years ago. with this experience, we asked to sit in the comfortable corner (less noisy and less passage we are not advised by telling us that we could forget lol! We have always installed where we wanted, the couple who came near us after also having made the opinion! big problems of meat and fishing: a stabbed meat is requested and served blue and the fish did not detached from the stop with the outer side too cooked. We asked to replace potatoes with fries. We forgot to serve the fries. the chocolate cast was normally served with an orange sorbet, a strawberry sorbet was received. the waitress is a kind limit and does not speak super well French which becomes complicated in case of precise information ... in conclusion: dear to all quality and poorly cooked! We're not coming back.
